Material Express.com was founded by a team of experts in the field of electrical construction, software development, and information services.  Our charter calls for the development and marketing of high-quality, yet affordably priced, software and information services for the electrical construction industry. The following is a description of our Management Team:

Earl Beutler, ebeutler@materialexpress.com, is a co-founder of Material Express.com and Pinnacle Information Corporation, the parent company of Vision InfoSoft Corporation visioninfosoft.com and currently serves as Chairman. His duties include consulting on strategic planning, product development, marketing, and public relations. Prior to this position, 
Mr. Beutler was a founder and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Research Information Systems, Inc. risinc.com, an "INC 500 company", until it was acquired by the Thomson Corporation in 1994. Research Information Systems, Inc. developed software and information services for the scientific community, and pioneered the use of the Internet for information delivery as early as 1993. Mr. Beutler also founded Construction Computer Consultants, an early developer of construction software, which was acquired by I2 Corporation in 1981, where he served as Manager of the Software Division. Mr. Beutler is also a founder and serves as Chairman of Pinnacle Infotainment Corporation progame.com, an information provider for the video game industry, as well as for Scalex Corporation scalex.com, a manufacturer is computerized measuring devices for the construction industry. Mr. Beutler holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in MIS from the University of California, San Francisco. 

Steven R. Gallegos, President: Prior to joining Material Express, Mr. Gallegos served in the US Navy on board the USS Somers DDG-34, later founded STG International in 1993, a highly successful sales and marketing organization, after which he began service as Vice President for Vision InfoSoft Corporation in 1997 which specializes in Electrical and Plumbing Contractor Software.

John Evans, jevans@visioninfosoft.com, is a co-founder of Material Express.com and Pinnacle Information Corporation, the parent company of Vision Infosoft Corporation visioninfosoft.com and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Infosoft Corporation since 1996. Prior to this position, from 1984 to 1995, he held positions as Director, CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Marketing for Trade Service (I2) Corporation. After graduation from college, Mr. Evans worked in finance and accounting for Cessna Aircraft Corporation cessna.com, Iowa Beef Processors, ibpinc.com, and Coastal Corporation coastalcorp.com. Mr. Evans is also a co-founder and Director of Pinnacle Infotainment Corporation progame.com, an information service provider to the video game industry. Mr. Evans holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Wichita State University.
