What type of handheld device can I use for Order Express Wireless?
Technology in this area is changing very quickly. Order Express Wireless is written using
"Web Clippings" and will run on any device that supports this type of application. We have tested it on a Palm VII and Palm VIIx but suggest that you call us or your handheld company’s support department to see if what you have will work as is or with some type of add-on wireless capability.

VIIx; do I need anything else to use Order Express Wireless?
No, once the application is loaded to your Palm you can begin ordering. The Palm will prompt you to put up the antenna when you are ready to send information to your Order Express Website.

How do I get the Application on my Palm?
Log on to the Order Express website and click on the Palm tab. Press the Download button and when prompted select
"Save this file to disk". You can save the file anywhere you like but please make a note of where you save it so you can find it easily. You may want to create a Palm or PQA folder for this purpose. Next, find the .pqa file on your computer and open it by double clicking. This will prompt an install screen. After you press the Done button you will receive a message that the next time you
"sync", this application will install on your Palm. Place your Palm on the cradle and press the
"sync" button on the cradle. Order Express should now be on your Palm.

What does it mean to register my Palm?
We ask you to register your Palm before ordering so that when your order is transferred back to the Order Express website it will come in under the name of the Palm user. When more than one Palm is used it will identify the user who placed the order.

When I
"Checkout" where does my order go?
After you "Checkout" from the Palm the order automatically goes into a shopping cart on your Order Express website. After the cart has been reviewed, it can be sent to your distributor for order placement.

What if my distributor isn’t available online?
If we do not have the distributors you use signed on as fulfillment partners, you have two options. The first is to email your order from the Order Express Website to various distributors either for a bid or for fulfillment. The second is to print your order and fax it to your preferred distributors. Please let us know whom you would like added and we will contact the distributor with this request.

If I print or email my order will it show prices?
No, the email and print copy will show description; catalog number and UPC number but no price.

To add your order to the previous orders area make sure you press the Complete Order button on the
"checkout" screen.
