FIELD JOINS MATERIAL EXPRESS

20, 2002 -- Material Express announces the addition of Spencer
Field as Industry Consultant. Spencer will assist electrical distributors
to acquire and utilize the database services offered by Material
Express. He joins Material Express as the company expands its
products and services to electrical distributors with the introduction
of APeX (Advanced Pricing electronic eXchange), the premiere price
updating service.
