ENCINITAS -- September 27, 2000 -- Material Express.com and CLS have formed a partnership to fulfill orders placed through the new Material Express ordering system. The Material Express software submits material lists created in Vision InfoSoft's Electrical Bid Manager and Time and Material Billing Manager to the Material Express Internet server. This material list is matched to the CLS inventory to provide customer specific prices on the actual items they will purchase. The customer may purchase all or part of the items from the list. When the purchase is made, an e-mail is automatically sent to CLS for fulfillment.

The entire process of getting price information and making a purchase can take place in a matter of minutes rather than playing "phone-tag" between distributor and contractor. Colleen Baer, President of Material Express, says, "Our customers really like being able to see their CLS price and make a purchase 24 hours a day.
